All prices do vary. This could depend on what type of job, the condition, the size of the vehicle or area that needs repairing. Prices could also change while we're already halfway through you're appointment. However you'll be given enough notice and you have the right to decline or come to an arrangement with us

Bookings will not be made until a deposit has been taken, unless otherwise stated differently 

No booking is confirmed until us the company send you the customer a confirmation booking. via a message or email

Deposits will be taken via bank transfer or cash in person, Any outstanding balances should be paid via bank transfer or cash

The customer will be given a full refund of their deposit if cancellation is before a full 24hr period of their booking, If cancelled in the 24hr period or you fail to turn up to your appointment your deposit will not be refunded

If us the company cancel your appointment at anytime due to staff sickness or unforeseen circumstances we will refund you the full deposit and also offer any discount if you're happy to re arrange 

We are fully insured and always will be, however in the unlikely event of anything happening to your property we will do our best to get everything corrected in a professional and effective manner

Customers are in charge of taking any personal belongings out of their vehicle prior to us carrying out the work, we will take care of any rubbish but its your job to make sure we clean every section of your vehicle without belongings getting in the way

You the customer are to provide us with any important information about your vehicle, i.e - any recent paintwork or wheel repairs, any electrical or mechanical problems that your car may have

You the customer should provide photos, videos and as much detailed information within regards to the condition of your vehicle both interior and exterior. This is to make sure that you have booked in for the right package. Failing to do this could result in cancellation of your vehicle being cleaned or any extra charges added to your outstanding balance

Surcharges could be added on to your subtotal if excessive pet hair, urine, feces, blood, vomit or hazardous chemicals is present 

We may contact you to review us on any social media or search engine sites

All information of the customer is kept private and confidential. None of your details will be passed onto any third companies
